Ms. Cao graduated from Northeast Normal University in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature, and also obtained a minor degree in Law from Jilin University. She immediately obtained a master's degree in Chinese language and writing from Fudan University in 2006; In 2018, he was awarded the Education Management Qualification Certificate by the Harvard School of Education.

Ms. Cao has over a decade of international education experience and has taught Chinese courses at the School of International Cultural Exchange at Fudan University. She has also held positions such as Senior Teacher and Deputy Editor in Chief of Curriculum Development at Shanghai New World Education Group. Since joining a certain international school in 2008, Ms. Cao has taught courses such as non native Chinese, IGCSE, and IB in high school, and has been awarded as an excellent teacher for many consecutive years.
